The Bible Poem

The book that changed me and my wife

Was the book that gave us life

we went to read the book late at night

then came a bright shining light surrounded in darkness was our reality’

Addiction and depression was our normality

not knowing God was in control

praying and interceding for our soul

was the battle only God could win

The Word of God removed our sin

Addiction and depression had to flee

The Holy spirit made us free

that is where our story just began.
