Affirmations can be a powerful way to change core beliefs and heal. I like to say my affirmations at least twice daily, but I’ll say them to myself whenever I remember, too. Some of my current affirmations that help me to stay grounded are:

- I love myself.

- I trust myself.

- I am safe.

- I am nourished
